To personalize the receipt sent from you RentMy account, visit the business Settings and Paperwork menu and cheese receipt designer.
You can choose to use our standard receipt or design your own custom receipt by toggling the dropdown box.
You can title this order confirmation, sales receipt whatever you like in the blank box at the top right of the screen.
In the standard receipt, you have the option to include variable information collected from the order.
By default, some standard information (like your business name and address) is displayed, as well as variable information collected from the order itself.
You’ll note here on the right hand column these are all variable fields that you can add anywhere within your receipt. Be sure to copy the code (in brackets) exactly as it appears).
Below you can add comments like greetings and standard reminders.
Here you can see how line items on the receipt will appear.
You can add custom labels to the receipt fields.
in this area if you’d like to have your full rental waiver contract displayed on the receipt. Simply copy and paste it in this area. Below that area, you can also add customer messages including links to surveys or customer reviews.
To see how your receipt looks, visit the Orders and Reservations screen and then generate receipt from any order.
The updates you have made that will apply instantly so you can test, and the updates will appear on future orders.
